Trading Post Coffee Roasters, a fast-paced independent specialty coffee company in the UK, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach a team and drive hospitality standards.

You will work with the General Manager to meet sales, labour and profitability targets and help recruit, onboard and develop new team members.

You will build strong guest relationships, maintain high service and food safety standards, and support stock management and daily planning.
