THE ROLE

Our Analytics team is a global data, analytics, and advisory leader where we deliver actionable insights to our clients to help inform execution decisions, support trading strategies, and provide reliable measurement and analysis of trading outcomes.

The client support role includes daily client communication, whether that is helping clients get the most out of our suite of analytics products, answering their questions, or working on client-specific consulting projects.

The ideal candidate enjoys proactively engaging with clients to understand their needs, someone who can think on his or her feet, learn a new subject matter quickly, work in a team-oriented environment, and has a passion for financial markets.

  • The successful candidate will join our global Analytics client support team in:
  • Supporting internal and external clients in their use of Virtu's Analytics product suite
  • Analyze trade data for insights and actionable recommendations to our clients
  • Create and deliver client presentations on transaction costs and bespoke research projects
  • Contribute to new sales, product initiatives, and thought leadership content
  • Leveraging data, technology and automation to drive operational improvement both internally and for our clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally working in a financial institution. Talented graduates will also be considered.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills and can easily build new interpersonal relationships.
  • Analytically minded, data-driven thinker.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined individual who is detail and results-oriented.
  • A team player who collaborates well and excels at collective team goals.
  • Some experience in programming is a plus (python preferred). Must have desire to learn if less familiar.
  • Fluency in French
