Purpose of Role
To support the Head of Compliance on all areas relating to regulatory compliance in the United Kingdom in line with FCA regulations.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the day-to-day compliance in line with regulatory and legal requirements and the company’s policies and procedures.
- Performing risk assessments in relation to compliance risks.
- Assist in the drafting of compliance related reports to the authorities (FCA).
- Draft, modify and implement the company’s policies, procedures and handbooks, as needed to reflect industry best practices, the evolving regulatory environment and changes to the business.
- Research, identify and report on a wide variety of compliance related matters due to the introduction of new legislation or best practices.
- Maintain oversight of the relevant Compliance registers.
- Assist in the function’s strategic planning and decision making.
- Liaise with auditors/examiners during compliance audits/examinations as assigned.
- Perform desk-based reviews to the company’s functions, systems and procedures as per the Company’s Compliance Monitoring Program.

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Economics or any other relevant field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-performance environment.
