What You'll Do
- Identify and secure high impact collaborations with third parties that enhance customer value and strengthen Trading212's competitive edge.
- Own and resolve complex problems end-to-end, taking full accountability for outcomes and ensuring lasting solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships, both internally and externally, to continuously improve our products and services.
- Design, build, and optimise scalable processes that increase efficiency, reduce friction, and enable high-velocity execution.
- Ideate and collaborate with product teams, contributing insights and perspectives that push beyond the status quo.
- Gather, organise, and analyse data to drive decisions that have measurable business and customer impact.
- Track and analyse competitive positioning and product performance globally, surfacing insights that inform strategy and execution.
- Manage critical operational processes and vendor relationships, ensuring excellence, reliability, and continuous improvement.

- Experience in a fast paced environment (Tech or Banking).
- Ability to extract and analyse data using SQL.
