Responsibilities

  • Oversee the employee onboarding process.
  • Manage personal documentation collection, labour contracts, and ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
  • Create HRIS profiles, organise first-day logistics, deliver induction presentations, and ensure a seamless new-hire experience.
  • Own and execute new hires' compliance processes, including background checks, SMCR, and regulatory checks.
  • Assist in managing employment and change letters, maintain employee records, keep employee information in HRIS up to date, and support employee inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Administer employee benefits programmes, coordinate with external partners, and contribute to HR initiatives.
  • Assist with preparing HR reports and analytics.
  • Oversee the employee offboarding process.
  • Create termination letters.
  • Assist with performance review processes, such as set up, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.

Requirements

  • 2 years relevant experience within an HR Admin role.
  • A university degree in a relevant field would be an advantage.
