What You\’ll Do

Overseeing the smooth transfer of funds (cash/stock) by communicating daily with brokers and customers.
Answering client queries regarding the status of their transfers and ensuring timely resolutions.
Identifying inconsistencies and solving transfer-related issues with a critical-thinking and problem-solving mindset.
Collaborating with internal teams, including Payments, Customer Support, and Product, to streamline transfer operations.
Supporting senior team members with data insights to refine processes and introduce new features.
Optimizing processes to enhance both internal efficiency and customer experience.
Conducting in-depth analysis and translating insights into actionable steps for operational improvements.
Building strategic relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless fund transfers.
Tracking project tasks, monitoring progress, and effectively communicating key outcomes.
Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

What You Need To Have

A predicted or achieved 2:1 degree (or higher) in a STEM subject.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
Ability to handle client queries with professionalism and clarity.
Excellent communication skills to manage broker relationships and internal collaboration.
A keen interest in financial markets and trading operations.
Previous experience in financial services, investment banking, or fintech (internships included) is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, basic modelling); SQL, Python, or R is a plus (TBC).
Full-time availability and willingness to work in an in-office environment.
