The role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CASS Operations Analyst to join our team and help build and maintain robust processes whilst ensuring operational activities run smoothly and deliver a seamless customer experience.

What you'll do

  • Reconciliation Management: Perform daily reconciliations for client money and safe custody assets; identify and investigate discrepancies, variances, and anomalies in reconciliation processes; collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness of records; use internal systems and software tools to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets; ensure adherence to regulatory requirements throughout reconciliation processes; support the preparation of regulatory submissions, management information, and audit requests; maintain accurate records and documentation of reconciliation activities; assist in drafting and updating procedural manuals and internal guidelines.
  • Risk & Controls Management: Assist in assessing and mitigating risks associated with reconciliation and CASS processes; participate in risk assessments and contribute to enhancements in the risk management framework.
