Primary Teaching Assistant - Falmouth & Surrounding Villages
Full-time or part-time | September 2025 start | Β£85-Β£100 per day
We\'re looking for enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to support schools in Falmouth and the surrounding area . Whether you\'re experienced in the classroom or just starting out, this is a chance to play a vital role in shaping young learners\' education in a welcoming, community-focused environment.
The Role
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, both in class and during small group interventions
- Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging, creative lessons
- Provide one-to-one support for pupils with additional needs (SEN) where required
- Help to create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Experience working with children (school, childcare or youth work settings)
- A calm, patient and supportive approach
- A willingness to get stuck in and support the whole class
- An understanding of safeguarding (training can be provided)
- A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification would be beneficial, but it\'s not essential
- We work closely with schools across Cornwall , meaning we can find roles local to you
