Job Description
Are you a proactive and customer-focused individual with a knack for facilities management? This Blackpool Academy is seeking a Lettings & Facilities Supervisor to oversee our thriving after-school activities and weekend lettings.
In this pivotal role, you\’ll be the main point of contact for clubs and visitors, ensuring a safe, secure, and exceptional experience. From key holding and site security to managing bookings and maintaining high standards of cleanliness , you\’ll play a crucial part in the smooth operation of our academy facilities.
What you\’ll do:
- Supervise daily after-school activities and weekend lettings.
- Act as the primary contact for all facility users, resolving queries and issues.
- Ensure the security of the premises as a key holder.
- Maintain a safe environment, enforcing health and safety policies.
- Lead on facility cleanliness and tidiness during external hires.
- Manage booking administration and support financial procedures.
