HLTAs Needed in Southwark – September Start!
Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
Salary: £110 per day (with potential increase after 12 weeks)

Are you an experienced HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) looking for a new challenge this September? SANZA Teaching Agency is working with schools in the vibrant borough of Southwark to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated HLTAs for full-time, long-term roles starting in the new academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support and lead learning activities under the direction of the teacher.
- Cover lessons and deliver pre-planned sessions in the absence of the class teacher.
- Support the development and progress of pupils across a range of abilities.
- Assist in planning, monitoring, assessing, and managing behaviour within the classroom.
Ideal Candidate:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
