Job Description
This Blackpool Academy is looking for a dedicated and responsible Lettings & Facilities Supervisor to be the linchpin of our community hub. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure our academy facilities are safe, secure, and welcoming for all after-school activities, clubs, and weekend hirers.
You\’ll be the front-line ambassador , responsible for everything from opening and closing procedures and site security to managing bookings and ensuring a consistently excellent user experience . Your commitment to health and safety will be paramount in maintaining a secure environment for children, young people, and adults.
Key responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day supervision of academy facilities for external use.
- Being the go-to person for all letting and booking queries.
- Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols.
- Overseeing facility cleanliness and equipment setup.
- Collaborating with the Facilities Manager and academy teams.
