Working with a specific year group, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between academic learning and pastoral welfare, supporting students to overcome barriers to education and thrive. This position is offered on a temporary basis initially, with a clear view to transitioning into a permanent contract for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pastoral Leadership: Serve as a key point of contact for students, parents, and external agencies regarding day-to-day welfare, behaviour, and personal development.
  • Behaviour Attendance Tracking: Monitor and analyse attendance, punctuality, and behaviour data to implement early intervention.
