Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a welcoming and inclusive community one-form-entry primary school based in the Borough of Lambeth, in their search for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 1 Class Teacher to join their team from September 2026 on a long-term teaching contract through Tradewind.
This is a full-time position starting in September 2026 on a long-term but temporary basis initially, with the future opportunity to be offered a permanent contract based on suitability to the role/school after 1 year.

The Ideal Candidate Will
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching within a primary school setting
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Lower Key Stage 1 curriculum
- Be passionate about delivering creative and engaging lessons
- Have excellent classroom management skills
- Be committed to ensuring every child achieves their full potential
