We are currently recruiting for Behaviour Support Teaching Assistants to work in Secondary schools within Bristol and Nailsea, with pupils displaying challenging behaviour. Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support and interventions with pupils with behavioural challenges.
- Implement effective strategies to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour.
