Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established primary school in Wisbech to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Years 3-6. This is a long-term, full-time position, ideal for graduates considering a future in teaching or experienced Level 2 TAs looking to take the next step in their career.

Your Role in School

You will work closely with teaching staff to provide focused academic support, helping pupils strengthen core skills and build confidence in preparation for upper KS2 assessments.

Key responsibilities include:
