Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a dedicated Humanities Teacher who'd be interested in working an SEMH school in Willenhall. This role will run until the end of the term, with the opportunity to be extended.
About the Role
- Support students with SEMH, both in and out of the classroom
- Implement behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques
- Work 1:1 or with small groups to help pupils re-engage with learning
- Build trusting, professional relationships that promote positive behaviour
- Create a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to behaviour plans and pastoral support programmes
- Access to a Vehicle
- Be able to deliver Humanities to functional skills level 1/2 and to GCSE
