Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a dedicated English Teacher who'd be interested in working an SEMH school in Willenhall.

About the Role

  • Support students with SEMH, both in and out of the classroom
  • Implement behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques
  • Work 1:1 or with small groups to help pupils re-engage with learning
  • Build trusting, professional relationships that promote positive behaviour
  • Create a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to behaviour plans and pastoral support programmes
  • Access to a vehicle
  • Be able to deliver English to functional skills level 1/2 and to GCSE

This role will run until the end of the term, with the opportunity to be extended.
