Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in the PR4 area for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a Year 3 class.
This is a part‑time, long‑term position starting in September 2026.
- Working Pattern
- Monday: Morning
- Tuesday: Full day
- Wednesday: Full day
- Thursday: Morning
- Friday: Morning
The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher, providing general classroom support, helping pupils to access learning, and contributing to a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Ideal Candidate
- Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school.
- Be confident supporting children in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.
- Be patient, enthusiastic and committed to helping children achieve their full potential.
- Work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or have equivalent classroom experience.
