This role involves providing dedicated support to a pupil with additional needs, helping them to achieve their full potential in a positive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised 1:1 support to a pupil with special educational needs (SEN).
- Assist with classroom activities and adapt learning materials to suit individual needs.
- Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning plans.
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
- Track progress and share feedback with staff and parents.
Requirements
- Previous experience supporting children in a primary setting (SEN experience needed).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
