This position is to start in November on an ongoing basis. The Role Working within a collaborative KS1 team, you will play a vital role in supporting the transition and development of the school's learners. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Class Teacher in delivering the KS1 curriculum. Leading small group activities focusing on Phonics (Read Write Inc. or similar), literacy, and numeracy. Observations and contributing to student profiles/assessments. Providing a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment through indoor and outdoor play. Supporting pupils with diverse needs, ensuring every child thrives. Requirements Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). Proven experience working within KS1. A patient, creative, and energetic approach to learning.
