The Role

  • Interview and place education professionals into schools
  • Manage and nurture long-term candidate relationships
  • Write CV profiles and market candidates to schools
  • Work closely with schools to meet their staffing needs
  • Manage multiple vacancies and priorities at pace
  • Work toward clear KPIs with commission earned from day one
