This full-time role involves working 1:1 with a child in Year 1, providing consistent learning support to help them access the curriculum and succeed in school life. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting pupils with SEN and/or SEMH needs. A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred but not essential - relevant experience, the right mindset, and a genuine passion for supporting children are what matter most.
