Tradewind Recruitment are working with several different Special Needs Schools in Warwickshire who are recruiting Unqualified, Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistants. The schools cater for children with SEND, ranging from early years to post 16. They are part of SEND Trusts and SEND Local Authority Schools, addressing a range of significant complex needs including physical, sensory, medical, and cognition and learning needs. There is also a SEND College, an independent specialist provision for young adults aged 19 to 25 years who have PMLD.

The schools are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants to support day-to-day, short-term, and full-time within their school. It is essential that you have prior experience supporting individuals with complex needs. You must be empathetic, patient, and resilient, as many pupils communicate through action, which can make days challenging.
