Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs. Supporting children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, communication difficulties and other additional needs. Helping pupils engage with learning and develop confidence and independence. Supporting positive behaviour and emotional regulation. Working closely with teachers and other school staff to create a safe, inclusive learning environment. What we're looking for: A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs. A patient, caring and adaptable approach. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience working with SEN is desirable but not essential.
