A large secondary school based in Hillingdon is looking for a Spanish Teacher to start in September on either a long-term contract or permanent basis. This position is full time, with working hours from 8:30am to 3:30pm. Salary will match Outer London MPS/UPS. The school has available parking spaces.

  • Deliver engaging and challenging Spanish lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 for suitable candidates.
  • Inspire students to develop confidence in speaking, listening, reading and writing in Spanish through creative and interactive lessons.
  • Support students of all abilities, helping them achieve strong academic outcomes and a deeper understanding of different cultures and languages.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted intervention to maximise achievement.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel confident communicating in a foreign language.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Modern Foreign Languages department to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
