Unqualified Teacher

Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for Cover Teachers / Trainee Teachers who are patient, dedicated and energetic to join our network of Cover Supervisors supporting their local Secondary Schools in Bristol / North Somerset
We are looking for several Unqualified Teachers to start immediately on both a temporary full-time and part-time basis. There are also opportunities to secure long-term permanent positions from March 2025
We are looking for:
- Experience working with children (preferable)
- Someone who can communicate effectively & is confident working with children
- An enthusiastic individual who is passionate about helping kids and a willingness to learn on the job
- Those who would be confident in classroom management and behaviour management
- Candidates who want to gain teaching experience.

What else do we do to support you as a trainee?
- We offer a free of charge, 3 hour, in-person 'Cover Supervisor Introduction School' to help prepare you before going into the classroom for the first time
