The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience working with children or young people with SEN, SEMH or within alternative provision settings
  • Be confident delivering personalised learning sessions
  • Have strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • Be adaptable, patient and able to build positive relationships
  • Be committed to supporting vulnerable students to achieve positive outcomes
  • Hold relevant teaching, tutoring or educational support experience
