The Role
- Leading a small SEND class (pupils with needs including ASD, SEMH, and communication difficulties).
- Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons tailored to individual needs.
- Working closely with SENCOs, therapists and a dedicated support team.
- Fostering independence, confidence and joy in learning.
