Are you an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant or HLTA ready to step into a lead role?

SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be working with a truly unique Creative Academy in North West London, offering an incredible opportunity for an unqualified SEND teacher or an experienced SEND HLTA to lead a small, specialist SEND class from September 2025.

The Role

  • Leading a small SEND class (pupils with needs including ASD, SEMH, and communication difficulties).
  • Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons tailored to individual needs.
  • Working closely with SENCOs, therapists and a dedicated support team.
  • Fostering independence, confidence and joy in learning.
