This is a demanding yet highly rewarding role offering exceptional training, development, and earning potential.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Tradewind Recruitment, you will work in a dynamic, high-performance environment - matching exceptional teachers and support staff with schools across Kent and the South East.

Your Responsibilities

During your first 6-9 months:

  • Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent roles
  • Craft professional CV profiles for client marketing
  • Work closely with sales teams to increase candidate placements
  • Meet weekly targets and KPIs set by your manager

As you progress into sales:

  • Develop new business and manage client relationships
  • Negotiate margins and contracts
  • Maintain safeguarding standards
  • Handle challenging conversations professionally
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and manage your time effectively
  • Earn commission at every stage of your career development.
