The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils with their learning, development and wellbeing. You will work closely with teachers and wider support staff to provide tailored support and help pupils overcome barriers to learning.
We're Looking For
- Previous SEN experience is essentialExperience supporting pupils with additional learning needs, behavioural needs or disabilities
- A genuine passion for supporting children and helping them reach their potentialStrong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to adapt support to meet individual pupil needsRelevant SEN or education qualifications are desirable
- A patient, proactive and consistent approach to supporting pupils
