Working as a Graduate Cover Supervisor will give you invaluable hands-on experience leading lessons, supporting students, and becoming an integral part of school life. The Role- Deliver pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 during teacher absences
- Create a positive and focused learning environment where students can succeed

- Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies
- Provide feedback to teaching staff following each lesson
- Build strong relationships with students and colleagues
