Tradewind Recruitment are looking for special needs teachers for SEND schools based in and around the Telford area, with full-time vacancies starting as soon as possible. We welcome applications from teachers at all stages of their careers.

The successful candidates will teach Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. You'll be working with schools that value good teaching, strong relationships with students, and a practical or therapeutic approach to raising achievement.

We're looking for a teacher who knows their subject, sets high expectations, and can help students build motivation alongside understanding and confidence.

To be considered, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with a variety of special needs (1 year or more)
  • Experience teaching in a UK school
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A commitment to helping all students achieve their potential
