Teaching Assistants

The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils\’ learning and development. Your responsibilities may include:

Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups

Assisting with classroom activities and lesson delivery

Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Supporting children with varying abilities, including those with SEND

Assisting with behaviour management and pastoral care

We\’re looking for someone who:

Has experience working with children (school-based experience desirable)

Is patient, proactive, and passionate about supporting young learners

Has strong communication and teamwork skills

Holds (or is willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS check

Can provide references covering the last two years
