We are seeking a dedicated, resilient and caring Teaching Assistant Level 4 (TA4) to join a friendly primary school team in Denton from September. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children's wellbeing and helping them achieve success both academically and socially.
The Role
- Pastoral support for pupils across the school.
- Behaviour support, working closely with children to promote positive relationships and successful learning behaviours.
- Classroom cover, mainly during the afternoons, ensuring high-quality learning continues in the absence of the class teacher.
- Support for pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs, helping them to overcome barriers to learning.
- Close collaboration with teachers, leaders and families to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience working with primary-aged children.
- Has strong behaviour management skills and a calm, positive approach.
- Is confident leading learning and covering classes when required.
- Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
