Key Responsibilities

- Small Group Interventions: Lead targeted sessions in literacy, numeracy, or phonics to raise attainment levels.
- Classroom Integration: Work as a seamless part of the school's staff team, assisting the Class Teacher with daily activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant is highly desirable.
- Commitment: As this is a long-term post, we are looking for someone who can offer reliability and continuity to the school and its pupils.
- Location: Must be able to commute easily to Blackpool (FY postcode area).
- Safeguarding: A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is preferred, or a willingness to apply for a new one.
