Are you a passionate and committed Teaching Assistant eager to make a real difference in the classroom? Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join vibrant and supportive primary schools across Sefton and surrounding areas. Responsibilities
- Support learning – Help deliver lessons and assist students in understanding and completing work.
- Aid individual and group progress – Provide targeted help to students with varying abilities and needs.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment – Promote good behaviour, safety, and engagement.
- Assist the teacher – Prepare materials, organise activities, and support classroom management.
