Your Responsibilities
- Supporting children within the ARP across EYFS and KS1
- Delivering targeted interventions and personalised learning activities
- Building trusting, positive relationships with pupils
- Supporting communication, social development, and independence skills
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and the SENCO to ensure every child reaches their potential
- Helping create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
- You are an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or SEN Support Worker
- You are passionate about supporting children with special educational needs
- You are patient, empathetic, and resilient
- You are a strong team player with excellent communication skills
- You are committed to helping children overcome barriers to learning
- Experience within EYFS, KS1, SEND, Autism, Speech & Language, or ARP settings is highly advantageous
