Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting children within the ARP across EYFS and KS1
  • Delivering targeted interventions and personalised learning activities
  • Building trusting, positive relationships with pupils
  • Supporting communication, social development, and independence skills
  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and the SENCO to ensure every child reaches their potential
  • Helping create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

  • You are an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or SEN Support Worker
  • You are passionate about supporting children with special educational needs
  • You are patient, empathetic, and resilient
  • You are a strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • You are committed to helping children overcome barriers to learning
  • Experience within EYFS, KS1, SEND, Autism, Speech & Language, or ARP settings is highly advantageous
