Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work in a range of welcoming primary and secondary schools across the Kettering area.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and keen to support pupils in reaching their full potential.
The Role
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
Supporting children with additional learning or SEND needs
Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine interest in education and child development
Relevant TA qualification is advantageous but not essential
