Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming secondary school in Ellesmere Port.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people and making a positive impact on student\’s learning and development.

The role is going to be a full time position working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm and 3:30pm on a Friday. This school are looking to appoint after February half term and this will continue through until the end of the academic year. This opportunity would transition into a permanent post for the right person.

The Role:

Supporting pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the classroom

Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons

Providing one-to-one or small group support where required

Supporting students with additional learning needs or SEND

Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
