Teaching Assistant
Location: Weston-Super-Mare
Salary: 90- 100 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
We\βre looking for a teaching assistant to join Tradewind. Working in a variety of schools in Weston-Super-Mare. The successful candidate will ideally have SEN experience, excellent behaviour management skills, and be able to work effectively with a student who requires additional support.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing one-on-one support to a student
- Supporting the student\βs development
- Collaborating with the classroom teacher and other staff members to provide a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assisting with the student\βs behaviour management and social-emotional development
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children and students with SEND
- A nurturing nature
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work immediately and for the rest of the academic year
