Are you passionate about supporting children and helping them thrive in the classroom? We're currently recruiting for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join schools in Melton Mowbray, with opportunities available for an ASAP start.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting pupils with their learning, confidence and development. You'll work alongside teachers and other support staff to create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment. Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting pupils in the classroom and during activities
- Working with individuals and small groups to support learning
- Helping pupils stay engaged, focused and confident
- Providing support with classroom activities and resources
- Encouraging positive behaviour and building strong relationships
- Working closely with teachers and the wider school team
