About the Role
Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a secondary school in Hammersmith & Fulham that is seeking day-to-day Teaching Assistants to provide additional classroom support. This flexible, ad-hoc position allows you to work around your availability - ideal for gaining hands-on experience in education. This exciting position will be available for a September 2025 start until the end of the academic year for the right applicant.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) through one-to-one and small group interventions.
- Assist teachers in managing the classroom, monitoring progress, and providing feedback.
- Act as a role model, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

Role Details
- Pay: £90-£100 per day
- Hours: 7:50 AM - 4:20 PM
- Location: Hammersmith & Fulham, West London
Requirements
- Be available to work full-time, five days per week.
- Hold or be in the process of completing a degree.
- Commit to at least two terms.
- Have an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, with Overseas Police Clearance if applicable.
- Provide professional references and a CV covering the last ten years of employment history (where possible).
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
