Location: Derby City
Start Date: November 2025
Contract: Full-Time
Daily Rate: £168.80 – £232.57 (dependent on experience and pay scale)

This is a fantastic role for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are passionate about inspiring creativity, imagination, and artistic expression across KS3 and KS4.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring Art and Design lessons across KS3 and KS4.
  • Support and motivate learners of all abilities and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Encourage creativity, confidence, and independent thinking in students.
  • Contribute to a collaborative arts department and school environment.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Art and Design
  • Strong subject knowledge and ability to teach across KS3 and KS4
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
