Teacher of A-Level Business Studies

Tradewind are recruiting on behalf of one of our Formby secondary schools who are looking for a Full-Time Teacher of A-Level Business Studies to start in September 2025.

The position will pay up to 251.71per day, depending on experience.

You will need to have experience of delivering Business Studies at Key Stage 5 and require excellent subject knowledge.

The role:

• Teacher of Business Studies at KS5 (AQA specification)
• Sept 2025 start
• July 2026 finish
• Full Time
• Excellent subject knowledge required and good behaviour management skills.

• Secondary school in Sefton LEA
• Ofsted rated \’Good\’ school.
• Over 1100+ pupils
• 11-18 school

The essentials:

• QTS or equivalent
• Experience teaching Business Studies to Key Stage 5
• Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new one.
• Full and complete 10-year career history
• Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
• Legal right to work in the UK.
