About the Role:
As a Teacher in an Alternative Provision, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students who have faced challenges in mainstream education. You will be working with small groups or 1:1, delivering a tailored curriculum that supports both academic progress and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects
- Support students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs
