Are you a compassionate and dedicated professional with experience in supporting students with challenging behaviour in the Hull area? We are currently recruiting for a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work with a pupil who displays extremely challenging behaviour.
- Provide 1:1 support for a Year 2 pupil with significant behavioural challenges.
- Implement effective strategies to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour.
- Assist with academic work where necessary, ensuring the pupil remains engaged and supported.
- Record and report on pupil progress, behaviours, and interventions.
- Previous experience working with SEND or with students who exhibit challenging behaviour.
- Team-Teach trained (or willingness to undergo training if required).
- A commitment to supporting the emotional and academic development of students.
- A flexible and adaptable attitude in response to changing situations.
