We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils within welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary schools across Sutton - specifically, Wallington, Carshalton, Cheam, Ewell.

You will work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored 1:1 support for pupils with a variety of additional needs, helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing learning environment where every child can succeed.
The Role:- Provide 1:1 tailored support for your assigned pupil
- Be confident to support SEND, including ASD, ADHD, Emotional Dysregulation
- Support learning, emotional regulation, and social development
- Work alongside class teachers and SENCOs to implement EHCP target and support plan
- Adapt learning resources to meet individual needs of the child
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
- Holds at least a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3 desirable)
- Has previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within SEND or inclusion
- Confident supporting pupils with additional needs in a mainstream primary setting
- Patient, empathetic, and committed to pupil progress and wellbeing
- Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
- Available Monday to Friday (part-time roles still require weekday availability)
