- Supply Teacher - Primary Schools across Merton

You'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of welcoming Primary Schools, gaining valuable experience while enjoying the freedom to choose when and where you work.
- What to expect as a Supply Teacher
- Deliver engaging lessons using the absent teacher's planning.
- Supervise and support pupils throughout the school day, including lessons, break times and lunchtime where required.
- Maintain excellent classroom behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policy.
- Complete day-to-day teaching responsibilities, including registers, assemblies and other routine duties.
- Create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment whilst following all safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
- Pay
£155 per day minimum for Early Career Teachers. £160-£165 per day for Fully Qualified Teachers.
The top end of the pay scale is generally offered to teachers willing to travel beyond their preferred distance discussed during registration.

- Qualified Primary Teacher with QTS (ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply).
