We are seeking passionate Primary teachers for our Liverpool based Primary schools to be available on a part-time basis, to allow for flexibility of lifestyle.
Main Duties
- To plan and deliver appropriate, high-quality learning for assigned pupils.
- To maintain a thorough working knowledge of national, council and school curriculum guidance.
- To create and maintain an organised and stimulating learning environment.
- To employ a range of teaching and learning styles and approaches to meet the needs of learners.
- To assess, record and report on the work and progress of pupils.
- To advise and guide pupils on matters related to their education.
- To promote and safeguard the health, welfare and safety of pupils.
- To promote positive relationships and behaviour.
- To work in partnership with parents, support staff and other professionals.
- To self-evaluate and continue to develop professional knowledge, understanding, skills and expertise through engaging in appropriate career long professional learning.
- Any other duties that may reasonably be considered as part of this post.
To join us and be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience as a Primary school teacher.
- An enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
- A CV that must cover the last 10 years of employment history (where possible).
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Undergraduate education degree or a degree in any subject and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Fluent level of English, spoken and written.
