SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting a Supply Learning Support Assistant to work in primary and independent schools across the wider Wandsworth area. This role involves providing classroom-based academic support to pupils in KS1 and KS2 on a flexible supply basis, with full-time and part-time options available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
  • Assisting with literacy, numeracy and lesson participation
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
  • Supporting teachers in maintaining a calm learning environment

Requirements

  • Experience as an LSA, Teaching Assistant or Tutor is desirable
  • Graduates and university students welcome
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Enthusiasm and genuine interest in working with children
  • Understanding of safeguarding procedures
  • Flexibility - willingness to try out multiple schools
